Blue Panel Traps are designed to attract many varieties of thrips including the Western Flower Thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis, for the purpose of monitoring and trapping. These traps are made of a tough cardboard material which is colored with the proven blue pigment. This trap supplies nearly twice the amount of surface area of other traps on the market and also provides our new “dry” glue which captures insects but doesn’t stick to your hands. Glue is applied to both sides of the trap and is protected with easy peel off paper for each glue surface. The sticky surface has printed grids for easy insect counting.
