Rice Measuring Cup

Measuring rice correctly is the primary to make delicious rice. For rice measurement, we use a traditional Japanese measure called go or rice cup. A level cup of this measuring cup is 1 rice cup. 1 rice cup equals approximately ¾ US cup or 180 ml.
